Order Processing Times

Your order will be processed within 24 business hours of receiving it.

Shipping within New Zealand

Express shipping (tracked courier) is $7 per order. Shipping is FREE for orders over $150.

We ship from Auckland, New Zealand. Sun Love Tribe products are shipped using various courier options within New Zealand. Target delivery of the next business day or up to 2 business days for some locations (like South Island or rural). 

Over Christmas, public holidays or any other busy periods, unfortunately, we cannot promise these target delivery days will always be met so we appreciate your patience during this time. 

Shipping to Australia

We ship from Auckland, New Zealand. Sun Love Tribe products are shipped using NZ Post for international orders. Please note that while we send international orders on an all-inclusive tax option, some countries' customs may still add extra duty and tax charges when you receive your order. Target delivery of 2-6 business days and includes tracking.

Receiving Your Order Safely

Please make sure you provide the correct details and a safe address for your order, as we cannot be held responsible for stolen or delayed parcels.  If your parcel is returned to us because the courier was unable to deliver to the address you provided, it will be re-shipped to an acceptable address at the customer's cost.

If your parcel is redirected to a local post office due to it not being able to be delivered to your address, it is up to you to collect it or arrange re-delivery. Please make sure the delivery address you provide is correct, as we cannot be held responsible for any delayed parcels due to the incorrect address being entered.

Once Your Order Is Sent

Once we dispatch your package, you will receive a tracking number. If you feel that your order is delayed, please track and trace your order using the link provided. At this stage it is in the hands of the courier company, so we appreciate you contacting them directly for any concerns or issues. If your parcel has been lost or stolen, the courier company will ask you to process a claim and once the claim has been accepted, we can send you a replacement. 

Return Policy

No return policy applies to the closing down sale items.

Care Instructions

Wash at 30° separately, no bleach. To avoid pilling of rayon or towelling material, please take care and don't drag your towel on rough surfaces (like concrete or wood).
